I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at FairWarning (Clearwater, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
FairWarning interview process is intense. I had interviews with 5 different hiring manager's to see if I was the right fit for MPS. Once interviews were complete, I had to write a letter to the CEO explaining why I would make a great fit for MPS, and the FairWarning culture proceeding with an interview. They have very good judgement on who will succeed in their environment and who will not, which is why they are picky but for good reason.

Interview
I had a phone interview with HR and then I came in person for a series of interviews. Some were with team leaders and one I was asked to do a sample task looking at a printed out sheet of some data. After the in person round of interviews I was told that if I moved to the next round I would meet with the CEO.
I was never contacted about scheduling the next round nor to indicate that they had gone in another direction, which I found highly unprofessional after an in person interview (this has never happened to me at any other company).

Question 1
Why are you interested in the Data Privacy Analyst role?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FairWarning (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview process was very lengthy. I was first contact about a phone interview that took almost 45 minutes. After that, i had 2 more phone interviews that each took about 30 minutes. The phone interviews felt pretty casual and they seemed more interested in my as a person than my resume. After the 3 phone interviews i was invited for 4 face to face interviews on-site. The on-site interviews took about 3 and a half hours and i met with 2 of the people i had alreayd had a phone interview with. I meet with all 4 people back-to-back. Shortly afterwards i was invited to write a letter to the CEO in an attempt to get a final interview. I sent the letter and was declined an offer a few days later.

Interview
So the interview Process is pretty long. About a 2 months. I did 3 phone interviews, and had 1 in person interview. They just really want to know your technical skills, and get to know you as a person to see if you fit in their team. Great people to talk to once you get in the in person interview.
