Interview process was quite unique. I was first contacted on the phone and had a 5 minute impromptu phone call with the talent acquisition woman. I then was set up for a phone interview with the same person. After completing the phone interview, I was then set up with another phone interview with manager of the team that I would be working on. After that was complete, I had to write a letter to the CEO in 500 words about certain topics that they give you. I also had to complete a personality assessment as well. After all of that I was finally invited to interview at the company itself in Tampa. I drove there and interviewed with 6/7 people and then my last interview was with the CEO himself, which was the most rewarding interview I had. Very lengthy process, but you can tell they really care about who they bring on to work for their team and company.
