The interview process was set up so you succeed. This was the first time I felt confident going into an interview. I felt heard and appreciated, the interviewers were welcoming.
First, I was introduced to the company and then the project. Then I started to introduce myself and learn about the work and the motivation behind it. The overall atmosphere was very good.

Interviewer was highly unorganized, very broad questions and spent most of their time typing instead of listening. Did not seem super personable which deterred me from wanting to work here,
