Interview
First round with 2 30 minute interviews over zoom, one of which was with an alumni from my school. Director level, and Senior Managing Director (Partner Equivalent) Level interviewers. Next, was flown out to NYC for a steak dinner to meet the team, followed by a 3 round Superday the following day: with two Director Level interviewers and one Senior Managing Director interviewer. The SMD was behavioral/conversational, so was one the Directors, and the last was more technical on restructuring ratios and financial metrics. Great experience and team.
Overall not that challenging, first 2 rounds are all behavioral with maybe one or two tech questions. Super day is three back to backs, 2 behavioral and 1 tech. Know chapter 11 etc
