Interview
The interview process involves an initial phone screening, followed by a virtual first-round interview, culminating in a Superday session with interviews conducted by multiple partners, that are about 30 minutes each.

3) How can you tell if a company is in distress from their financial statements
Overall not that challenging, first 2 rounds are all behavioral with maybe one or two tech questions. Super day is three back to backs, 2 behavioral and 1 tech. Know chapter 11 etc
