I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at FTI Consulting (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
Invited through diversity forum. Presentation about the company. Day prior, happy hourish event. Everyone, I mean everyone was competent and nice.
Interview with a director. Intimidating, but keep your chin-up, look at them in the eyes and answer the questions.
Written assignment afterwards. Then offer. Process took about 5 weeks.
HR is very kind. However, they are overworked.
For the AC
1) group round - did a case study and each of us were asked questions based on our group answer after
2) math and verbal reasoning test, written essay test
3) individual interviews - one with current analysts about cv, one with a partner (casing)
Pretty basic behavioral questions - no technicals. I'd recommend knowing your "why" and being able to clearly explain your interest in the specific practice. Also, prepare to ask the interviewer more in-depth questions, too.
Online assessment including verbal and numerical parts for the financial and economic consulting intern position. Given one minute for each question, I insist the time was quite tight for verbal part
