Interview
1st stage: CV and cover letter
2nd stage: one-way interview, 3 questions, 1 minute to answer each. Focused on you, your experience, and the media.
3rd stage: virtual interview with 2 people (30 mins). Tell me about yourself, experience Qs, Qs about the industry, company and role.
4th stage: in-person assessment day. 2 more interviews, written assessments, group task (actually quite fun!)

If you could write a press release on yourself, what would it be?
Very straightforward first round, talking about yourself, your why, and the rest mostly behavioral/industry trends for following rounds, very friendly people and employees seem very willing to talk to prospective students about the company
Two interviews. Behavioral both 30 minutes with two interviewers. Asked about why FTI why consulting why strategic comms and why the specific team you’re applying for. Even though one was first round and one was second round they both felt very similar.
