It was fairly simple and straightforward, exactly what is expected with interviewing at a medical communications agency. I had an initial screening call with the VP of the scientific team. After, I was given a writing test to gauge my ability to synthesize the science and follow directions. Finally, I met with other individuals in the company. Overall the interview process was a decent experience.
