The interview process was fair and informative. I felt that I had plenty of opportunity to discuss my own strengths, how those might contribute to FICO and learn about how working at FICO could benefit me. I was also able to learn about the bigger picture of what FICO does and how it operates as a business which made me feel more comfortable with the role I would play, and more motivated to work there.
