Once you complete an initial phone interview, you are invited to complete a a pre-recorded interview. It consists of 5 relatively easy questions about your experience in work and education. You are given 30 seconds to come up with an answer then a minute and 30 seconds to give the answer.

Tell us about a time you had to meet a deadline. What steps did you take to meet this deadline? What was the result of this?
The first stage consists of a phone interview - typical questions including motivation, firm awareness, etc... If successful, the next stage is online tests (numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning, IT Aptitude, Set Notation & Venn Diagram). The next and last stage is an Assessment Centre, which includes three speed interviews.

Interview
I applied online in January and was contacted a few days afterwards to notify me that they are interested in holding a phone interview with me.
The phone interview went well and the interviewer was very easy to talk to.
I passed to the next stage which was the video interviews.
You are given tips to prepare for your interview so it was not very daunting.
The video interview went well.
I then got a call to tell me that I was successful and that I was through to the assessment centre. I also got feedback on my video interview during this call.
I am now waiting to attend assessment centre.
