F-Secure Software Developer interview questions

It is very straightforward to understand what was required for the role and the team was very friendly during the interview. The questions were straightforward; basically, they only want to know your thought process and understanding to the questions and step by step understanding

- HR Screening (30 min) - Technical discussion with pair programming question (90 mins) - Manager Call (45 mins) The process was quick and the technical discussion was normal. Certain topics like OAuth, IAM, SSO were discussed which I didn't knew could be important. I was surprised with the pair programming which wasn't informed before the call. However the question was very simple. They gave an exploding offer with 48h deadline to accept or reject. I think this wasn't a good as they should have first discussed the things and asked for the timeline. Also no performance bonus / any other incentive if you work hard. Benefits like snacks / massage won't make a candidate join the company.
