- HR Screening (30 min)
- Technical discussion with pair programming question (90 mins)
- Manager Call (45 mins)
The process was quick and the technical discussion was normal. Certain topics like OAuth, IAM, SSO were discussed which I didn't knew could be important. I was surprised with the pair programming which wasn't informed before the call. However the question was very simple.
They gave an exploding offer with 48h deadline to accept or reject. I think this wasn't a good as they should have first discussed the things and asked for the timeline. Also no performance bonus / any other incentive if you work hard. Benefits like snacks / massage won't make a candidate join the company.

Total 3 rounds for that position. Process was smooth but not get feedback after rejection in second round. All interviewer's were friendly and professional. After sending follow-up email not get reply.

It is very straightforward to understand what was required for the role and the team was very friendly during the interview. The questions were straightforward; basically, they only want to know your thought process and understanding to the questions and step by step understanding

Question 1
A database case study was given, create a structure of the tables and the relationship between tables.
Nice and smooth and very upfront. Only thing is I would have liked it to be a bit quicker. Great location and moving to a new office in a couple of years I hear.
