Application online first and then a teams interview and then in person interview with presentation with a pre set question.
It was a panel interview for both rounds. The questions were around set competencies and these were outlined prior to the interview.

Competency questions , online interview followed by second round in person . Difficult but competencies given in advance. Very formal process. Presentation required in second round. Professional process which was great.
