Interviews included a 60 min 1:1 campus interview, a 60 min phone interview, and a full day on-site interview. The on-site interview started with an HR interview followed by my 60 minute seminar. I then had 6 45 min 1:1 interviews and a site tour. The campus interviewer seemed distracted and rushed, but my other experiences were positive. Questions were both technical and behavioral.

Throughout the interview, there's a host to facilitate/help the interview process. you can ask the host any questions related to the interview. There's a dinner the night before the interview. No interview questions will be asked at the dinner, but still you may want to show you fit in with the group. The interview is for the whole day, starting in the morning with a presentation, then there are one-on-one meetings with interviewers throughout the day. There's a lunch meeting and again you may want to show you excitement about living in Houston area.
