I applied online. I interviewed at Extra Special People (Atlanta, GA)

Interview

It was a lot of silly/creative questions and then a few what would you do situations. They also asked about why I wanted to work there and why I would be a good fit. It was about a 30 minute interview, fairly casual.

Very well thought out and intentional process. I have an application that was followed by a group interview. I received an offer shortly after and have enjoyed my experience ever since.

There was no interview process in order to become a volunteer. Extra Speical People accept all volunteers that are wanting to sign up. highly encourage signing up if you are able to dedicate your time.
