Interview at ET is more like a conversation and less like a formal interview. At ET the skill sets of the candidate are analysed without putting him/her under pressure. which in-turn, brings out the best in the candidate.

Interview
Had 2 rounds of interview , first round was GD and the second round was Technical Interview. Topic for GD was a generic one, technically interview was totally based on my experience of learnings . Well it was a good experience as the panel wasn't scary they kept up a cool atmosphere .

Interview
I interviewed through other source. The process took 1 week. I faced 2 interview rounds, both the rounds were about 1 hour each.
1st was Technical round (telephonic), the interviewer was very cool. Questions asked were on Salesforce basics, scenario based questions, programming related questions and description of my last project was asked. Questions asked on Salesforce were not difficult and interview was mainly focused on logical and analytical skills.
2nd one was mixed of Managerial and Technical (F2F), it was taken by COO and 1 team lead. It was mixed of Technical and Managerial. Questions included are:- description of my last project, roles performed in my last organization, how open I am with Salesforce etc.
