I apply for the company through the portal of my university. They reach me out via telephone few weeks after having received my CV and Motivational Letter. I spoke directly to one of the co-founder. She was nice and confident. We talked about my academic career and my previous experiences then she described the position's responsibilities and the skills needed for the role. We went over few technical aspects to conclude with how the internship process would be structured.

No unexpected/difficult question. We went over a business plan I had previously developed or my statistical skills without technical questions.
