Very quick interview process, applied and within a week had been invited for the video interview follow up, consisted of 4 questions, each with a minute to think and then a minute to answer

Standard company questions like "What drew this to this role?" and "What have you learned about Experian in your preparation for this opening?"
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Experian in Mar 2025
Interview
Invited for an online assessment center. 9am to 3pm. had a group task, technical interview and competence interview. Spent whole week studying for it, only to find that they were not hiring anyone a week later, complete waste of time. Feed back about the interview process was good however.

Difficult but fair had a range of questions that provided great depth into what it is like working at the company as a graduate. However their criteria is very harsh when selecting candidates.
