Got a call from HR. Did phone interview, which is pretty easy. They ask you how you would sell them something and how you would navigate a customer to a website. If you pass they send you an email with a test you must pass. If you pass they schedule a 2nd interview which is basic interview questions. At last if you pass that interview then you will be scheduled for orientation.
