I was contacted by HR manager because I had posted my resume on a site. I think she liked my resume because I had really good verbal communication skills. She asked me to apply online on the Experian site. I read the positio requirements, I liked the position. I had a telephone interview, then I made a technical test which consisted on coding an email, answer some questions and two more face-to-face interview. I would say a long process.
