Interview
A friend referred me and I got a call from the recruiter. A panel phone screen was organized and it was mostly core Java questions and a brief discussion of the team, work profile and experience. Then I was invited onsite. The interview consisted of 4 rounds, all panel with 2 people in each round. The 2nd and the 3rd rounds were fully technical with whiteboarding and live debugging with the team.
In general I was asked core Java concepts and also to write code based on a problem.
Didn't hear back from the recruiter. Internally, got some feedback from my friend who referred saying, my profile is more suited for a Software Engg role than a Senior role.

Implement a Stack.
Compare two software versions and return 0,-1,1 accordingly.

Phone call was absurd. Interviewer was talking like machine - super fast, couldn't interrupt for questions, connection was breaking.
Second interview - interviewer was late for the interview and was not fully aware what the team does and what technologythey use. (For comparison they said one thing, and on the next interview team said completely different thing)
Technical interview was ok - team members were nice, questions were relevant. I got a bit confused with the task they wanted to discuss, it was for concurrency, but something very specific.
What left me with bad impression was that they were interviewing with me through different stages, but keep reposting the job listing for the exact same team like every other day.

It took 2-3 weeks for interview first round is basic and codility test through online then round 2 is f2f in office I attended this interview in month of march for senior software engineer role
Technical chat with the manager/lead developer around general software engineering. React best patterns and practices, system design and agile methodologies. I was asked about graphql and what potential problems it can be used to solve.
