First, you get a half hour phone screening. Not too hard, they just ask you the standard questions of, "why would you be a good fit for your job?" If you have any experience in QA, just talk about that. Next, is the in person skills (Technical) interview with a panel of 3 or 4 people. It lasts about an hour. Towards the end of it they give you a few pieces of paper with web sites, diagrams, and business requirements, and ask you to uncover any bugs that you see. They leave the room for 10 minutes, so it isn't very nerve racking. If you pass that interview, the third interview is another meeting with a few others in a panel, then that day you go and meet the senior PM. All in all, it was okay, but unfortunately, the pay offered will be lower than you expect and they refuse to negotiate anything higher.
