The interview process was guided by the friendliest and most energetic in house recruiter. The interview process had three parts. The initial interview was a phone interview with a recruiter. We went almost line by line through the job posting and discussed which aspects align with my experience. The second round was a video call with the hiring manager where we talked in more detail about my experience and what kind of skills they are looking to add to their team. The final interview was am in person round robin interview that took about 3 hours where different heads of the department each took turns meeting with me one on one to hear about my experience and asked some more open ended questions about designs I have done that were good or bad and how I overcame obstacles. It also included a brief SolidWorks test.
