Applied online, had a phone screen with HR, then Hiring manager interview, which appeared to be set up as formality to claim they interviewed other candidates for legal purposes. They wasted my time and I would not recommend. It appears Exact isn’t the only company doing these shady practices (I have done 100+ interviews)

Question 1
I applied for a role and was a perfect fit. Had a call with recruiter and moved to hiring manager discussion. I asked to postpone but was recommended against it.
Had a call with the hiring manager (L3), who didn’t ask me anything about myself, didn’t really appear to take the job interview seriously, took 30 minutes to chat about the job tangentially In the end - asked if I had any questions about the job.
It felt odd during and immediately after the interview. Felt as if they had their recook made and were only wasting my time for HR purposes to claim they interviewed other candidates. Of course I got a rejection email immediately.
The Glassdoor rating appears to reflect an accurate review of the company.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Exact Sciences (San Diego, CA) in May 2024
Interview
I had an initial phone interview with HR internal recruiter, I felt the interview went well and we had good rapport, but I did not make it further to additional rounds - so either others were a better fit or hiring manager did not perceive I had the qualifications they were looking for.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Exact Sciences (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2024
Interview
Initial Interview was very positive. My background was well suited for the role. Typical interview screen process. Interview was over the phone. The call was prompt and 30-45 min long.
