Showed up and was basically asked outright when I'd start. No checks, no verifications, no training, offered to show me the app and that was about it. Place was in chaos and even managers barely had time to think.

Very simple, 10 minute phone call asking about my flexibility, do I have a driver's license, what is my vehicle registration number, can you come in for a training day, do you have access to a smartphone - that's it
