I recently interviewed for a role with this company and went through 2 rounds of interviews, including conversations with the recruiter, hiring manager and members of the team.
While the opportunity itself seemed promising, the overall interview process lacked organization and clear communication. After multiple interviews, there was little follow-up or transparency around timing or next steps, which made the experience frustrating as a candidate. If you say you’re moving candidate to next round, walk them through what you expect and who you’ll meet with, then follow through with it.
Consistent communication is a basic expectation in a professional hiring process, and unfortunately that was missing here.
I hope the company takes steps to improve the candidate experience moving forward, as it can significantly impact how the organization is perceived.
Theres a reason territory managers leave this company. Turn over is high here.
