I met with two managers who provided a detailed overview of the position, and asked questions pertaining to difficult situations they believed I may encounter while working there. There was a written quiz component, which was unexpected. The interview was casual. The interviewers made the environment comfortable and put me at ease - they may have recognized I was a little stressed. It was an enjoyable process, and I felt I had a good understanding of the position and what would be required of me should I be hired. The duration was about 20 minutes.
