Had a phone screening prior to a full interview. I had no experience in sales however over a decade of laboratory experience that could be used. Still would only offer or even consider only entry level.

Interview
The interview process was disorganized and communication was inconsistent. There were delays between stages with little to no updates from the recruiting team. Some interview questions seemed unrelated to the role, and expectations were not clearly explained. Overall, the experience felt unstructured and left a negative impression of the hiring process.
