Interview
I was informed that it is a scheduled interview at Hayat Hotel, MG road, Bangalore. But When I went there It was a walk in. I reached on venue on 9:30 AM. Surprisingly they gave me a case study to solve that which includes
writing Executive summery,
Your understanding,
Write 3 user requirement and 3 user stories for each.
Write question that you will ask to client.
I complete all this in 1:30 hour.
Then first round happened on 12:10 PM for 30 mins. They asked basic question like :-
Tell me about yourself.
describe any project
what is your role.
what is sprint size
I cleared first round.
They asked me to wait for 45 mins for second round.
then another 30 mins
then another 30 mins.
15 mins more.
wait for 30 mins.....
Finally HR asked me on 4:00 PM can you come on Tuesday to office for second round.
So after waiting for 4 hours they asked to come another day. Pathetic. When I denied, HR scheduled my second round interview in next 10 mins.
Again same question whatever was asked in first round.
Later HR informed we have many candidates today to interview for first round also. when we will be done with everyone, will consolidate the result and then update you for third round.
What I felt they are conducting this interview just for there branding. They do not had enough panel for interview. Even for BA profile only two interviewer were there. Both were taking first and second round at random, No hierarchy in panel.
Simply day gone in waste. I returned from venue on 5 PM.

Easy, group interview with not much to prepare for. why do you want this job, and they asked if i had expereinces in the role and knew what i will be doing in it

Interview
Very quick, virtual interview. Scheduled for 30 mins, took only 15 mins. They clearly are looking or a specific type of person and know quickly if you are it or not.
It was a nice smooth interview. HR test then technical test and then face-to-face taking to manager and colleagues. In general, was good. No need to prepare for HR test since it is more logic and math tests. Technical including UML and modeling, creating User Story.
