Interview
The interview process was informative and conversational. Focusing on open-ended questions and completing culture assessments to figure out who you are and about your experience. They assess your transferable skills, soft skills, as well as direct skills. They also inquire personal "why" questions, future career goals and aspirations. The interview process consisted of 5 interviews. There was a project interview, interviews with 3 individuals that the position would work closely with and the CEO.
