The coding test was very easy. The interview process was in 3 stages. The 1st stage was cultural interview in which they asked only hypothetical question like a HR would ask and in 2nd round only technical and resume based questions. The 3rd round was HR round in which strength ,weakness, etc were usual questions.
The only problem with this company is it is all about some diversity stupidness that it first hires lgbtq or minorities or women and if any postion left then merit based for example at my time 10 ppl (7-men , 3-women ) were selected in HR round in which only 4 ppl (1-men , 3-women ) were selected and given an offer. So this is a very unfair at the end but so is this world.
I would say dont get your hopes too high if you are a man.
