Video interview - the interviewer was friendly but professional, and it encouraged me to consider that company over other companies I had applied to. I stopped working years ago and am now re-entering the profession, so I was anxious about whether I would be able to present myself as the confident professional I used to be, but I felt comfortable with the interviewer and was able to put my doubts about myself aside and discuss my qualifications with confidence.
