1. Written exam - 100 marks about SMV, Textiles, Operation management basics
2. Interview with GM, Operation Manager and HR
They reviewed the answer sheet and interviewed according to the sheet & cv. If you have previous experience on Garments industry, they will be interested to know how you will improve their plant with your vision. If you are a fresher, they will consider fresh ideas to improve floor efficiency.
