Interview
It was a Team meeting discussion. Cleared 3 rounds, after 3rd round I was given an online test from mettl which had a program for 20 mins. Question wasn't framed well. I told to HR, so they gave another link from which question was supposed to share solution offline . After I shared code I didn't get any response for a week. When i called after week, I was told manager was busy couldn't see solution. After repeated follow ups, I was told that position was filled up by IJP.

Interview
The technical Interview process took a day , and manager round was good that he covered both technical and management related questions, and had interview with US team as well.Overall Interview process was smooth. What I liked is the interest that is shown towards the employment and follows ups by the HR team to retain the employee.
