I was given a few pieces to review, as a test. I met with three people, and they asked about my prior experience and hourly availability. It was in the home office, in a meeting room.

First, I had a screening interview with their recruiter. Then, I had a 30-minute interview with a senior copy editor and another employee, which had both structured interview questions and a more conversational feel. They were very friendly and I got the impression it was a lovely team.
