Interview
I'm hoping my interview experience was an anomaly. The Teams interview was rescheduled 3 times with short notice. The first attempt, the recruiter had a project deadline and cancelled a couple hours before the interview. The second attempt, it was cancelled by the recruiter for personal reasons. The third attempt, the recruiter was unable to get their Teams to work. Finally, on the fourth attempt the Teams meeting worked for the recruiter and it was a typical interview with a recruiter.

Interview
Quick walk around the office, then sat with two other program managers because they were looking to fill two positions. Questions about my leadership style, my preferences (hiring, budgeting, training, etc.) Ample time for me to ask questions of my own. Very nice, open interviewers.

Interview
The first interview was with HR over the phone. Then my second interview was with the project manager and a project coordinator. There was no long wait time between interviews. I was offered the job within a day or two.
