Several Phone interviews. Did not meet anyone in person Until my first day of orientation. Orientation and training was lacking No structure No direction The phone interviews were spaced out by weeks The office was in a different state. I spoke to Several different people

I was initially greeted by a very pleasant and extremely detail oriented lady named Jet . I believe she was in California. Jet was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in the questions in regards to the position and painted a picture of the description of the job that allowed me to understand so much more in detail the specifics, expectations, and qualifications ECI was looking for. Her professionalism , attention to detail, friendliness and overall representation of ECI made me even more excited about the opportunity. If the rest of ECI resembles Jet than I know I have found my last place of employment.
