Came in for an informal meeting and ended up in the lunch room during the morning tea time. Felt a little weird to be interviewing in a shared space. The interviewer was nice but it was clear the role was more management focused than I had been led to believe.

2 people interviewed me for a 30 min duration. After that, I had to wait for 2-4 weeks on the outcome.
