I sent my resume to the recruiter. She then contacted me to set up a phone interview. This first interview was focused mostly on my skills and background. She then asked for a follow up interview, also on the phone with her. That second interview was focused mostly on my expectations for the internship and what I wanted to get out of it. The recruited was very nice, and it was overall a very smooth and enjoyable process.
