Interview
I got referred by a current employee and had a video interview with the Director of Talent within a few days. The initial screening went fine, and given my qualifications, it seemed like a good fit. The interviewer told me she'd follow up after speaking to the hiring manager a day later and let me know about next steps. Spoiler: Never heard another word. Sent a thank you and follow-up email. Both got no response.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. What's an example of a company you think is doing great with PR right now?
I was contacted by a recruiter and met directly with the hiring manager. The interview did not feel like an interview at all. It felt like a sales pitch. I had a hard time getting in any words. I was also informed that after several rounds of interviews, there would be a project. I don’t work or give ideas out for free.
