The interview process was straightforward and professional. I first spoke with a recruiter who reviewed my background and interest in the role. This was followed by a video interview with the hiring team, where they asked about my customer service, account management, and communication experience. The interviewers were friendly and gave me a good overview of the position, expectations, and company culture. Communication throughout the process was timely, and I was provided with clear next steps after each stage.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Engine (Miami, FL) in Feb 2025
Interview
I got the interview via their internal recruiter. The interview was fairly confusing because the role didn't match the job description they provided. Unfortunately, this confusion didn't make me perform as well as I could've because I wasn't sure what they were even looking for. I got the sense that the interviewer didn't understand the role herself.
