3 part interview process, the initial interview was with Heather over the phone and lasted about 30-45 minutes. We got to know each other and most of the questions were surrounding my professional goals and what I was looking for long term. I also had an opportunity to ask questions about the company and we covered compensation/benefits etc. The second interview was on Skype with both Heather the HR manager and an existing Project Manager with the company. This was much more formal and I was asked to a number of situational questions ranging from conflict resolution to ideas for increasing employee productivity. The final interview was in person and was panel style. I was required to bring in a writing sample and was required to do a 5 minute presentation on introducing a mock client/project plan which they gave me information for during the second interview.
