The interview process is divided into two phases. The first phase involves the HR team, which gathers essential information from the candidate. The second phase is conducted by the hiring manager. The initial stage is straightforward and logical, while the subsequent stage can be quite frustrating. The questions posed to the candidate often lack relevance to the position, and the interviewer exhibits sarcasm and a disregard for the interviewee's experience.
The interview process was smooth and professional, we exchanged our career insights and tasks that will be assigned to me on a day-to-day basis as well as a breakdown of the organization as a whole.
International Office from Romania called and arranged for an interview. Took a cab to Skelmersdale as the plant is pretty remote, interview went great and I almost got it, but got rejected as they got to know I was on a Graduate Visa.
