Nice and calm. I got the job. Test with closed questions. Discussion about experience. Nothing complicated. Some questions about automation, control engineering etc. They called back next day. On the interview a lady from HR was and manager of the team.

Interview
Firstly there was a 90 minutes technical knowledge test, than interview with team leader, specialist and HR person. There company had a strange decision making. I know nothing about automation processes, and i have not answered any question in the test. However I was invited for the interview with 3 employees where I was only questioned on the very same subject - couldnt they just check the test first? It would save time of their own employees.
