HR screening: basics requirement fullfilment
Technical screening: IQ test, personality test, technical knowledge test
IQ test: logical reasoning and basic math test
Personality test: general basic case study or ergonomic learning
Technical test: CAD based knowledge, Pro-E based modelling and machine design knowledge
Modelling a part in Pro-E in 1 hour and then using the same part to carry out basic FEA. Drawing provided by the interviewer.
3 rounds of interview as follow: HR, HR director and half-day site visit with facility tour. On site interview consisted of GM, director or engineering and multiple managers. The process was quick and easy with positive experience.
