Its normal conversation,the panelist sets an atmosphere where i can feel relax and not so intense.In addition to that,there questions merely focus on the statement stated in the resume.Its really a relaxing and exciting interview.The whole process can be describe as mere confirmation on my part on what was stated in the resume.Its a very easy interview.
