Interview
I was requested to complete lengthy sets of questionnaires to give them a better understanding of who I am. Took a personality test, completed skills tests for clerical, as well as tests catered toward the legal profession as a paralegal. Finally, spent 6 hrs at the firm for a Discovery Day, where I spent time answering questions, explaining answers to previous questions, went over personality test and interviewed with each staff member and then they voted to either hire or not.
