Ella Bliss Beauty Bar interview questions

Pretty straight forward and quick process. It wasn’t intimidating and it was with the manager who makes you feel comfortable. Please make sure that you dress appropriately because they do look for that. Be professional.

The manager asked me questions off of typed page, gave me a tour, then I had to give her a facial. An employee I met didn’t know what kind of wax they used, the room had carpeting, and I was given no direction as to what kind of facial to give, how much time to spend, etc. Equipment (mag light) was also broken. Also wouldn’t tell me what the pay was.
