I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Sept 2023
Interview
The interviewing process was quite long. I was invited to the initial web interview three weeks after my application. Then in another 3 weeks, I was invited to an onsite interview paid for by the company which was a long travel for me where I made a presentation and spoke to over 10 managers and employees. The interviewing team was very friendly, they took great care of me during the interview process. I enjoyed the conversations and discussions.
