Interview
This was the worst interview I’ve had in my professional career. Interviewers were cold and impersonal, either complained about the company, complained about having to interview, complained about the day of the week, etc. I couldn’t get out of the interview room fast enough. I wasn’t impressed with the questions and the description of the role. I left the interview feeling drained and disappointed, not excited or even contemplating the role. HR section was good and had fast response times. Thank you for quickly telling me I wasn’t being presented with an offer! Thank goodness!
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (New York, NY) in Mar 2025
Interview
Very numerous with many members involved per interview, but very streamlined in scheduling. Diverse panel from different specialties, but experienced members in their own field. Very open-minded in personality and all question are fair game. Straight-to-the-point expectations with applicant and career responsibilities.

Interview
HR first calls you to make an appointment for a pre-screen call, which happens approximately 7 days after. The pre-screening call lasted around 30 minutes and plenty of questions were asked. The next stage is a technical interview with the hiring manager, if I'm not mistaken, but unfortunately I haven't been invited for it.

Interview
On video call asking about my experiences, they specifically went through my resume asking about projects and what interpersonal skills I learned from them. It was overall an accosting and inviting experience.
